IT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Reporting to: Vice President of Operations

and to solve real-world problems. 3RT Networks is seeking an enthusiastic and
knowledgeable information technology sales representative to promote and sell
our IT solutions and services. In this role, your duties will require an
in-depth knowledge of our products, assessing clients’ IT needs and
demonstrating our offerings. 

Responsibilities 

• New customer acquisition through sales growth strategy
• Maintaining knowledge on technical product specifications and trends
• Execute company sales strategy with key targets and performance indicators
• Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metric
• Develop sales strategy by analyzing and researching industry trends
• Consulting with management and delivery on product offerings
• Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads
• Assessing potential client IT needs and recommending solutions and services
• Preparing and delivering sales and product demonstrations
• Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts
• Coordination and attendance at post sales customer engagement

Skills and Qualifications 

Required 

• A bachelor’s degree or associate degree in marketing, or a similar qualification
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience in an IT sales environment
• Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionality
• Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology
• Ability to correspond with management and delivery about sales strategies
• Ability to negotiate sales opportunities, contracts, and service agreements
• In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation
