Safety measures during COVID-19

COVID-19 has changed the way we work, but it has not changed our commitment to your health and well-being. We have taken increased steps at our West Salem location to keep you and our staff healthy and safe.

Face Coverings

Bring and wear your own cloth face covering when you visit our office. If you do not have your own face covering, a disposable mask will be supplied for you.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer is available at both entrances, and all common areas in the building.

Temperature Checks

Visitors will be asked to check-in when visiting.  Check-in will include:

•   Your signature
•   The date & time of your arrival
•   Any symptoms experienced (in the last two weeks)
•   Person/persons you are meeting with

We will also be using a non-contact thermometer to document your temperature.  If your temperature exceeds 100.4° F or greater, we ask that you reschedule your visit. Please look for the designated check-in station when you enter. Temperature checks are also required for employees upon arrival and before visiting a customer site.

You will notice our efforts to help you maintain social distancing.

Cleaning precautions

Clean locations are always a priority for your experience, but we have increased routine cleaning in every area you will visit.
